Your Discharge from Hospital

When it is time for you to go home, our staff will assist you with making transport arrangements if necessary. A nurse will give you the necessary aftercare advice and provide you with any medication that you need to take home. You will also receive details of any outpatient follow-up appointments, if your consultant needs to see you again.
