Biography:

I am a Consultant General Surgeon in Swansea, working at Morriston Hospital. My main specialist interests are Laparoscopic Surgery (especially Cholecystectomy and Splenectomy) and Pancreatic Surgery. I also have wide experience with Gastroscopy and Hernia repair (under general and local anaesthetic).

I am an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Cardiff and Swansea Universities because of my interest and experience in medical education.

I sit on the National Committee of the Pancreatic Society, on a committee of the Association of Upper Gastro-intestinal Surgeons, I am an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons and am the lead for Upper Gastro-Intestinal Cancer for the South West Wales Network.
