Trained in Sheffield, lecturer in Nottingham, moved to Swansea in 1989.

Developed a specialist bladder and pelvic floor clinic in Singleton Hospital and directed the training programme for urogynaecology.

Finalist in the Hospital Doctor of the Year awards in 2006.

Active clinical research programme in surgical techniques of bladder control.
