Biography:

I qualified from The London Hospital Medical College in 1995. I have completed my training in general and colorectal surgery in London, Cardiff and Swansea. After I completed my higher surgical training I undertook a fellowship in pelvic surgery at The Christie Hospital in Manchester.

I was appointed as a colorectal and general surgeon at Singleton Hospital in September 2007. My clinical interests include the management of a wide range of malignant and benign colorectal conditions, but specifically diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy, minimally invasive surgery, faecal incontinence and inflammatory bowel disease. I also undertake elective general surgical procedures including laparoscopic cholecystectomy and hernia repair and manage general surgical emergencies.
